DIY spiked heels
READ ME !!! studs are from www.studsandspikes.com DO NOT USE A HOT GLUE GUN ! the spikes will NOT last if you use this for glue. the best glue i used after trying many times was loctite super glue. it works the best. make sure at the end when you screw the studs in by hand you make then as tight as you can so they will not rub against your feet / ankles. if you find you cant make them tight enough you can buy a gel insert for the back of shoes at most shoe stores. this will defiantly cushion your ankles.
